Sugar free us fine if you find one made with splenda, but it needs to be an occasional treat not a staple.

Dr Atkins suggested we use unflavoured gelatine and make our own jelly (jello in USA) desserts using a legal sweetener. In UK all of the 'sugarfree jelly' packs have aspartame which is NOT recommended, so we have no option other than doing this if we want to stay 'legal' but I think I read on the boards that you can get some readymade pots that use splenda in USA.

As to using 'fat free' products in general - avoid them as much as possible as the manufacturers usually add some form of sugar to them to make them palatable, so stick with normal fullfat products. I make desserts with gelatine and cream and Davinci sugarfree syrups.

Default Can I eat sugar feeding pudding?

I've heard that you can have sugar free jello (jelly, wherever we're all from) on induction so I would deduce that I can also have sugar free pudding, however I want to make sure before I go through with it so....

Can I eat sugar free pudding during induction?

As stated above, you should only eat it if you can find or make one with splenda. So far I've had no luck with that.

Not sure about the pudding. I think the same would apply to that

You need to check the ingredients to make sure everything in it is on the allowed list! A pudding might for example have cornflour or milk in it which would not be allowed till you reached the relevant rung of OWL.
If you are unsure you can post a list of ingredients off the side of the packet and someone here will advise you.

Definitely be cautious about the pudding - I checked the label of the Jello brand chocolate "sugar free" pudding - too high in carbs! Luckily the sugar free jello is a nice treat!

I've yet to see a s/f pudding that does not have starch in it. So I would stay away....

Well everyone has to find their own way and what works best for their body. If it works for you, and especially it if it sates your craving enough that you can keep away from something worse than that seems fine to me!

I feel like I should add though that I was drinking a Sprite Zero (sweetened with aspartame) every morning and felt the same way you do. I didn't believe that it had any affect on my results, however after I stopped and started drinking only water my weight loss shot up dramatically.
