| If you go to fitday.com you can log all your foods and it breaks down all the carbs calories etc for you. It really is an awesome site. Every day it gives you a new page to log all your foods and excercises. It tells you everything. CHeck it out! |

| As the poster above said, Fitday.com is very helpful as far as keeping track of your food, if you are interested in keeping a personal journal of events, I use AOL Journals, but from what I've seen Blogspot.com and Livejournal.com are both easy to use as well. Hope this helps!

| Good Morning Ladies! Fitday.Com is so Great!!! and if you look over the the right side it gives you lots of 'other' things to keep track of besides just what you eat... it even has a Daily Journal there too
