| Cabbage is very acceptable for induction! I believe it is on the "other vegetables" list (someone correct me if I am wrong) and you can have 1 cup a day of it (measured raw if you are cooking it -- as cabbage shrinks a ton when cooked). I love cabbage. It's one of my absolute favorite veggies!

| Cabbage is one of my favorites too. It is on the 1 cup "other veggie" list. I too sautee it in bacon drippings with a bit of onion for flavor. Sauteed in a bit of butter and olive oil is VERY good too.
