| Hi everyone ....This year is my Atkins year ...two years have gone by and I have seen so many of my friends lose on the Atkins so i thought to myself I am missing out and its day 5 and all I can say Its definatley working for me ....I HAVE LOST 4 POUNDS AS @ THIS MORNING.... I have also embarked on trying to keep fit ...I work about an hour from my home and will be frequently walking to work in order to keep fit ...infact yesterday the weather was windy and drizzley and was a bit demotivated to go out for a walk after work however i just didnt feel right not doing it ...and i put on my jacket and trainers and i walked until i was satisfied ......i felt sooo good ..... I know some people suffer all sorts of things during induction...I am loving every moment of it ...am so positive , happy and looking foward to a slimmer and happier me..and the best thing of it all is I am doing this for myself and noone else ...in the past I had always dieted to please other people ...2007 is my year and noone else's .... I just want to encourage others that when you put your mind to something ...go for it and dont look back .....there is no turning back for me ..... |
