| Good for you! Since you are 13 pounds to goal, you would be better served moving to On-Going Weight Loss Phase on Day 15. Alot of people blow off On-Going Weight Loss (OWL) Phase and Pre-Maintenance Phase because they either don't understand their purposes or they mistakenly believe they don't need them. OWL and Pre-Maintenance are the phases where you learn how your body reacts to foods and so you learn how to eat for life (that is eat to maintain that slimmer, healthier body forever.) So if you lose all your weight doing Induction, when you finally have to maintain it, you won't have a clue. Alot of people regain their losses (and more) because they failed to learn about their bodies and how their bodies react to various foods, so they eventually end up eating the same diet that made them fat in the first place. Good luck to you on your weight loss.

| Congratulations, great job! I'm sure that the rest of the weight loss will go like a snap. By the way, a board like this is the only one where the below quote makes any sense. Quote:

| Thanks for your warm welcomes. Meg, thanks for the advice, I was asking myself if I should do that or not. The hard thing is learning how to keep it off. I've struggled for a year, on and off diet, my biggest a year ago was 180lbs. I've decided that its a time to change my ways for a lifetime.
