| Hey all!
Yesterday was our first full day on Atkins and I think we did great! Everything tasted good, we were full enough and nothing was difficult to prepare. I think I came up just a bit short on water, though.
Today I found a very handy little jug. It holds 36 oz. Filling and drinking it twice brings me to my 72 oz. goal for the day. Easy peezy, right?
I found a multivitamin for us, but I have a question about the fish oil. On the label it says Omega-3 fatty acids = 600 mg, made up of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 360 mg & DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 240 mg. Does that sound right?
Something funny. We had our Atkins Induction breakfast yesterday and headed to the gym. I weighed myself and found I'd lost a bit over 2 lbs since last I weighed. Boy oh boy this Atkins stuff really works! I'd been on it for about 3 hours and already lost 2 lbs. *giggle* | |
