| Hi I think the answer to that one is yes! The recipes marked with * are induction friendly so as long as you use these ones during induction it should be fine! I have to agree some of the recipes look fab...I've not got around to trying any of them yet...but I will! Janet x

| As Nixgirl said - Linda marks those of her recipes OK for induciton eating with a *. Many other recipes in books and on the internet will be fine too - the way to tell is to look at the ingredients and make sure everything listed in the recipe is also listed on the 'Allowed List' of foods for induction. Do this with recipes as well as with any processed food you are considering buying/eating and you wont go wrong.
