| Becca, IT'S BAD!!!! There, how did that sound. You have to go after the weekends and find a way to stay on track! Plan each meal, get busy doing something that you need to do....It's bad because your poor metabolism is not going to KNOW if it's suppose to store the fat you eat or burn it...This is a specific ketogenic diet, and you need to make the shift to fat burning and do everything to stay in that place, so your body will stop storing fat, and burn it... Girl, you have to get control, you can't go back and forth, and not only that, you will eventually quit out of frustration!!! So, how was that, good motivating, sorta major motivation!!!! Get in ketosis and protect it, WITH ALLYOU'VE GOT!!!

| Thanks Jess (you look great, btw!) I do need to keep myself busy on the weekends. I need to just do it, and not try to do it. It's so hard when everyone around me tells me not to beat myself up about slipping up, but I do, which in turn makes things worse. It's an ugly cycle. I was a drug addict for a few years and I quit that (2 years clean now), so WHY can't I control my diet?! I just don't get it. When I finally understood the "one is too many, and a thousand never enough" philosophy, is when I got better. I need to apply this to my diet as well. I just know I'm stronger than this, so it is frustrating, but I don't want to give up. |
