| Everything looks good except the snack. It says 3 NET CARBS, which probably means there are sugar alcohols floating around in there. For some people, these alcohols can cause a stall, so I'd stop eating that first thing. How much caffeine is in your tea? This great almost life saving chemical can cause a stall as well. The most important thing to look at is you've only been at it 3 days. Do the full 14 days and your pants will be more loose I guarantee it. Also, are you doing any exercise? remember, this is NON NEGOTIABLE! |

| Looks like you are getting a lot of dairy, may want to cut back on that. Otherwise I think your menu looks good. Try putting your food into fitday.com you will be able to see your percentages then, you want to strive for around 65% fat while on induction. |

| Hello, I'd say cut out the splenda, the dessert and diet rite for a totally clean induction. You can always bring these things back in later and some people find that they cause a stall in loss. Also an induction is to wean you of certain habits, tastes and chemicals, which these may interfere with. Once your system is clear you will be amazed by how you feel fine without them. Also, just ensure you measure the cream and cheese carefully as at this stage keeping within the induction levels is important. Within your 3 cup veggie limit you might want to include some 'heavy' veg like zucchini, or broccoli (like a cup for dinner rather than more salad) as they are nutritous and provide more fibre bulk than salad. Spinach is good though. There's a whole list of stuff like this in induction too. Finally don't be disheartened by the un-loose pants! You will likely be in ketosis by the end of day 3 and after that, the fat should be shifting. Not everyone loses fast, but most do lose - so keep at it! Also make sure to drink lots of water in order to lose water weight. Let us know how it goes |

| One other thing, watch those bacon bits, if they are 100% bacon, okay, if not (like baco's) they have modified corn starch, flour, etc. Looks like you're over on your veggies too for induction. (2 cups of lettuce + 1 cup of veggies) or (3 cups of veggies) just trying to help! I right there with you sister! I'm on day 4 of an induction restart. Been here done that! haha! Good Luck! |

| Have you plugged your foods into www.fitday.com ? This will do the math for you, and will tell you if you're close to 65% fat, 5% carbs, and 30% protein. Like others said, measure your foods carefully. How many ounces is a half a cup of cheese? I see 1+ cups of cheese (plus the cheesecake) for one day. Your cheese allowance is limited to 3-4 ounces. Which brings up the cheesecake...did you make this or did you purchase this? Make sure the ingredients are LEGAL for induction. If a food or its ingredients aren't on the acceptable foods list, don't eat it! One last question. How much water are you drinking? Water is essential in this WOE! The formula is 64oz. plus 8oz. for every 25 pounds you have to lose. So you should be drinking AT LEAST 80oz. per day. It really does help--it prevents water retention, helps flush fat from your body, and will give you healthy glowing skin! Best of success.

| Hi Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm drinking 2 of the BIG bottles of aquafina a day.The bacon bits are the real 100% one's. As far as the cheesecake goes I made it myself. I got the reciepe from "Linda's" site. It just has heavy wipping cream, cream cheese and sugar free jello. I haven't been eating it tough. I drink a cup of caffeine free, sugar free tea instead. Well today was day 5 and I weighed myself. I couldn't take it anymore I lost 2.5 lbs. So that made me happy. I tried using fitday and the portions of sizes that I use weren't accurate. Like how many ounces something is. I don't know the conversion. So I gave up. I just try and eat the 3 cups of salad and veggies. With some meat and fat. I still don't know if I'm getting enough fat though. I used the Ketone strips and it turned purple. So I know thats good. Can someone give me a full list of exactly what they eat? | This is what I eat everyday, I have lost quite a bit so far with this, and I am not tired of it at all yet, it might not work for some people tho, but I dont see why not. Breakfast 2 Eggs 2 Bacon 1 tbs. Butter 1 Ounce Mozzarella Lunch 8 Oz. Hamburger Fried 1 Cup Mushrooms after hamburger is almost done cooking, add mushrooms and throw a lid on it on very low heat, then a few minutes later 2 oz. mozzarella so it gets melted. 1 cup Lettuce 1 tbs. Mayo 3 Medium sized Pork Rinds, not all the time, just sometimes. This is my speciality, I call it the Monroe Monster, its delicious!! Dinner 1 Cup Broccoli 1 tbs. Butter 1 oz. Mozzarella on the side, or melt cheddar on it instead, thats just how I prefer it :P 1 Small Chicken breast, only if needed. Hope this gives a little example, you may or may not like anything I eat, but I just thought id share.
