| There are lots of good things on that menu. Besides the BLT salad, there is a broccoli side and a mushroom side, and I see lots of steaks... |

| Yeah, I wish we had this restaurant....looks like they have lots of options. I'd say that their salads are high(er) in carbs than what you'd expect because of salad dressings/toppings (croutons, nuts, etc) that they may be putting on there. Ask for your salad dressing on the side (as ranch, blue cheese or cesar) and ask them to hold any croutons and such. I'm sure they'll be happy to accommodate. That rotisserie chicken sounds good.

| Thanks! I thought the BLT salad looked good, but at 10 g carbs, I wasn't sure since it's 1/2 of what I can have for a whole day and steaks aren't as budget friendly as I'd like. But my breakfast was carbless and dinner will be pretty low so I think it'll be okay. Just SO don't want to mess up at all! I want this no caffeine headache to be worth it |

| Carbs from vegetables are your friend!!! Besides, 3 of those carbs are fiber and you get to subtract them. So, it's 7 net carbs and if that includes salad dressing....it's not so bad. You get 20 net carbs so this is only 1/3 of your daily allotment and quite appropriate for induction.

| Yeah, but you can add chicken, steak or salmon to any salad. Pick your favorite and go for it. Sounds yummy.
