Splenda Question/Vinegar Question

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. I know we can only have three sweeteners a day. I added a Splenda packet (like you get at a resturant) to my coleslaw mix. Should I count a carb for that?

2. I used vinegar in the slaw too. That is allowed and has no carbs as long as it is not balsamic, right?

I would count the splenda. I think the vinegar's fine.
