| Good job! I remember one of the first times my wife and I went out to eat when I was on rung one, I was absolutely paranoid....I think she had a $40 gift certificate to TGI Fridays......no kids in the house, just us, an evening out, and here I was freaking out, .....I posted a quick note on the board and immediately comments came back.....how silly.........I didn't even think about going on line and looking at the menu and the different choices they had...it turned out to be a fantastic evening and an absolutely gourmet scrumptious meal.....turns out they have a number of low carb freindly suggestions.... Good job for thinking way ahead! I applaud you and your efforts! Way to go! |

| Red Lobster! Great job!...I am a drug rep and providing lunch many times a month can be a distress on the old diet! I am actually having Red lobster tomorrow for a lunch w/ an office, and I think I'll pre plan my meal! Thanks for the heads up!
