| I don't think it is caused by the food you are eating, My thoughts are that i am so concentrating on this WOE that i push everything else on the back burner and forget. I am not a pro or anything, this is just my opinion. |

| jmprgrl, I started on 3/5 as well and I would say that I'm feeling the opposite of what you're saying. If anything, I'm feeling more mentally sharp and aware. I'm forgetful by nature, so I would say leaving my apartment yesterday unsure of whether I locked the door or not would be normal for me, Induction or not. |

| I agree, my mental fog cleared up when I began Atkins. Now if I forget something, it's because I'm going 100mph and doing too many things. (lots of energy It could just be that your body is "out of sorts" and getting used to the fact that it won't be running on carbs for fuel. Usually you'll get a burst of energy after an initial "flu" period. Other members have reported feeling tired on induction but regained a lot of energy when they moved to OWL rung 1.
