| awwwww, I'm sorry your feeling so down about it. My advice: 1. Stop weighing. Put the scale away until you've finished two weeks of induction. I know it's hard, but your weight is going to go up and down, day by day. If watching the scale every day is going to depress you, don't do it! 2. Re-read the induction section of the book and follow the eating plan. As long as you're not eating more than the 3-4 oz allowed amount of cheese you'll be fine. 3. Remind yourself every day that this is for the rest of your life. Adjust your expectations to the reality of becoming physically fit over a period of time. It won't happen by next week. But it will happen. Unrealistic expectations are your enemy. 4. Take your measurements, if you haven't already. Write them down and update them weekly. This is very helpful when the scale is giving you the numbers you want. You can do this! Good luck!
