| IF you didn't go through the Phases of Atkins (Induction, On-Going Weight Loss and Pre-Maintenance), you might want to consider doing the diet as Dr. Atkins recommended this time around. Many people blow off going through those phases because they don't think they need to. Unfortunately for them, those phases are important to help us keep the weight off when we reach goal.

| Welcome back to your ADBB family ![]() As to the lunchroom temptations, remember that failing to plan is planning to fail, so make sure you have your legal food with you. Maybe choose and prepare extra-luxurious food so you can be envied by everyone else instead of tempted by their boring old food! Who could prefer pizza or bread to smoked salmon and cream cheese (one of my favourite packed meals)!
