I know I can post in the second time around club, but I have decided to start my Atkins journey again. I started last year but only lasted a couple of weeks I then went back on to the GI Diet, but I think my body has maybe got used to this way of eating and I am no longer losing much weight.
I am getting married in August in Walt Disney World and I have to lose weight, not only for my health, but also my appearance
I plan on getting all my Atkins food this weekend. I really struggle with what to eat for lunch though, I really think this is my downfall, can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks all, I think I really need the support this time round. I already posted my before and during pics and there is no change, unfortunately.

Have you check the recipe section, there are alot of great recipes in there. Try some tuna salad wrapped in lettuce, that is always a good fast lunch. Or cook more than you would eat at night and save the leftovers for lunch.

My fiance and I always cook more food than we'll eat each night. We cook a whole pack of bacon and then put three pieces each in a baggie so we can just grab and go. We also put chicken breasts in tupperware with a slice of cheese. I grab it for work and heat it up in the microwave for melted cheese on my chicken. We've made meatballs ahead of time with ground beef and and egg (to keep it all together) those were REALLY good.
