I myself did not feel a energy boost as such on day 3-4. I dont know if you exercise too, but I actually picked up flu (from my son - not induction flu) round about day 3-4, but I pushed through and got real energy round about day 8-9. SO, just don't give up if it takes a bit longer - you won't be sorry that you pushed through the first 14 days - It sort of makes you feel very powerful to push on with a "diet" even though you do not feel so good. Remenber - stay focussed on your goal!

Solittletime, Congrats. Each day will get easier, I think it took about 4 days, and all of a sudden I woke up one morning, jumped out of bed, exercised, quick shower, quick breakfast, got to work and all of a sudden I felt like I just finished 3 RedBulls....the adrenaline was pumping.....it's pretty much been like that since! I love this feeling. Stick to your guns...life is good!!!!

thanks everyone for your encouragement! Day 3 and I feel lousy. Nausea, headache, tired... I'm hoping it's just induction flu and not the real thing. I am a daycare provider and all my kiddies have colds right now. I couldn't even finish my coffee this morning. Thanks again for your words of wisdom... I'm forging ahead.... Hil
