| Tammy, Take your scale out back, get a baseball bat and have fun. Don't fret, if you are following the plan, you are losing weight. It may be inches right now, but you are losing. Forget that scale. |

| Scooter said it best! Get rid of that nasty number box. As long as you are following the rules and drinking your water, youre right on target! I know it can be hard to fight the scale but if you conquer it you really will feel better. I havent weighed myself once since Ive started up again, and I have no desire to. Focus on feeling good and being healthier and trust me the weight will come off.
