| Firstly: CONGRATULATIONS!!!! 15 pounds is great! *crosses fingers and hopes for similar success* You said that you can't believe that you're losing weight eating this way and not feeling hungry all the time. I am with you completely. This WOE goes completely against the way I have been conditioned to think about "dieting," and if I hadn't read DANDR, I would feel so guilty about eating such "decadent" foods. In fact, the reason why I have been stepping on the scale so much in the past few days is that I don't feel hungry, so in my mind I'm thinking there's no way I can be losing weight this way. But I am...WE ARE! I look forward to reading more about your success. Congratulations again.
