| I was having a really hard time getting in my water before beginning Atkins but since I started Atkins I've had no problem getting it in. In fact I'm drinking way more water than I need to be. I feel thirsty all the time these days. |

| Water is a great thing--it helps with weight loss, it helps flush out toxins, it hydrates our bodies, and keeps us healthy! It might be difficult to start drinking it at first, but once you get hooked, you'll love drinking it. I usually drink my water with a slice of lemon. I put a slice in my nalgene bottle and keep refilling it with water throughout the day. On induction, lemons are a "special" category food and you're allowed 1 tbsp of lemon juice per day.
