| I found the answers at www.fitday.com ...you can type in egg yolk or egg white to get the nutritional breakdown. Here's the info for a large egg: YOLK only: 60 calories, 5g fat, .3g carb, 2.8 protein WHITE only: 16 calories, 0g fat, .3 carb, 3.5 protein Eggs are a perfect food for atkins if left whole. On induction you should be striving for a ratio of 65% fat, 5% carbs, and 30% protein.

| Hard boiled eggs are awesome because they make a perfect snack and are easy to bring to work. I pickle my eggs in half vinegar and half water with all sorts of peppers, garlic and sea salt, for an extra kick. I guess you have to be a guy to like that kind of stuff. |

| Ya know I never thought of pickleing them, and I do love them that way, especially the way they do them in old time taverns. I know now I need to hook me some up.
