| I have been eating the atkins since halloween last year and still now and then h ave days like that. Just be proud of yourself that you stayed strong and DIDN"T cheat. Great Job!! |

| Aussie, usually when I don't feel "satisfied" with a meal it's because I haven't eaten enough fat. Fat is what keeps us satisfied. Protein helps fill us up, so it's important to eat enough of that in a day! Be careful of eating TOO much protein, as an excess converts to glucose and then ultimately to fat in our bodies. Do you use fitday? It's a handy tool to see if you're getting 65% fat, 5% carbs, 30% protein from your meals.

| Congratulations *not* cheating. I'm like Julie, if I have like, intense cravings, usually I need something really high fat and then I'm fine.
