| It probably means your body will benefit by adding in some extra healthy carbs. Many people experience a "jumpstart" in weight loss when they move to OWL. OWL is not only a great way to keep losing weight in a healthy way, but it's much more pleasing to the palate--you get to keep adding new foods to expand your menu choices! I lost about 25 pounds doing induction (about a month) and so far I've lost almost 50 pounds on OWL!! I wish I would have moved to OWL sooner! The weight loss does not stop after induction.

| Yes... OWL is awesome. Some slow down a little, lots lose even more, but most everyone still goes on losing! The extra choices are very welcome. I wish you lots of fun and success in OWL!

| You have 26 more pound to go, according to your siggy. Just remember if you want your weight loss to be permanent, your time is best spend in the Atkins phases that will ensure you lose while learning to keep it off. It's a waste of time to get a high school diploma when you didn't learn how to read it.
