What is this ? Where in the store do you get ?

I get heavy whipping cream at my local grocery store. It is in the dairy case near the milk. Mine happens to be placed next to the half & half and flavored coffee creamers. Do you live in the states?

Most stores have their own brand. And whatever dairies supply your area usually have their brands on the market too.

The limit on heavy cream is 3 ounces a day.

I buy mine at Walmart, its their brand Great Value and its in a blue carton. Its 0 carbs per tbl but if I have 2...which is what I like in my coffee then I count it as a 1 carb just to stay accountable.
