| I was a bread-a-holic. I can't tell you how much bread I ate. Now, I eat my 'sandwiches' wrapped in lettuce, cabbage leaves, or inside out omitting bread and using the thinner cuts of meat as the outside. I really don't miss the bread. You don't have to stop eating sandwiches, ~ just create a new sandwich...I never feel deprived...I feel blessed that I can still eat and lose weight! This program rocks and the ADBB is full of ways, people and motivation to make it work for you. BEST WISHES....live, learn and improve your life. We're hear for you!

| Least you caught your mistake fairly early, and it was an honest mistake. I think it will be okay. I can understand why it would make you a little though. I love bread, but found that the craving does go away. I like taking lettuce and using a piece on each side of a cheeseburger... Checkout the recipe board, they have a lot of neat ideas how to make substitudes. Atkins friendly pancakes, french toast, muffins... I better quit or I will be hunting for a late night snack. Take care!! |

| U have to start over, but I am sure it will be a bit easier this time since (I assume) you have already made some dietary changes. |
