Wow thats a really good loss! A lot of people on here will tell you not to drink at all on induction...just to warn you. Im not one of them. Back over a year ago when I did Atkins the first time I went out barhopping with some friends and had like 5 mich ultras and the next day I had a huge wooshie!! Im sure it wont take you that long to lose that 20lbs! Keep up the great work!!

I find out in the morning how week one went, of course I am a scale watcher so I have a fairly good Idea where I stand. I wished I had changed my life to these eating style years ago. Congrats on your success! |
