| Are you using the recipes from the book? They suck. Sorry, they do. They are written/created by a doctor and/or a company. Find some low carb recipes created by a chef or a cook! They'll be much better. Check out Linda's Low Carb. This link will point you directly to her Induction menu page with the recipes. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/inducti...ion_menus.html Definitely a place to start. Always, always check the ingredients though against the induction acceptible food list though.

| thank you very much for that website! this is the one I was using.... http://www.atkins.com/recipes/recipe...gory=phase_one and I hunted for most of the ingredients in some of thse...and got excited over "thinking" Id be able to have some of those listed.....but I guess not. now I need to figure out how to tell my husband that the big tub of low carb protien shake mix I had him search 4 different stores for...I cant use |

| You can use it in a few weeks. Hold on to it. If it's Whey protein (not soy) you can have it in just a few weeks during the Ongoing weight loss phase when you add dairy products back in. (AND I've got a fabulous and healthy shake recipe for you when you get there) The Atkins site is by the Atkins Nutritionals company. Note: company. Out to sell you their products. Nuff said.
