| If you measure the fresh tomato first, to make sure it's within your limit, then throw it in a blender, sure. Canned varieties are likely to have ingredients added, fiber and some nutrients removed, plus you won't know how many cups tomato it started out as. Best to use the real thing. |

| Maybe canned artichoke hearts? You could also get a bunch of individual packets of mayo. That said.. tell them to just chill and that you want to use the fridge that this is important to you. Atkins really pushed hard that it's important to recruit family members. Onward! |
