Default Day 2 and lazy

Its already day 2 for me, YAY! I've managed to stay off the scale and make every tuesday morning my weigh in day. My headaches are starting to get better with the help of Extra Strength Excedrine and i am drinking some Bismouth once during the day (Sugar free) kind. Is that ok? Cause Im having very bad nausea. I feel soooooooo lazy tho, i used to do pilates before i started and havent been able to do it again yet, what day is good to start exercising after starting atkins, because I really feel like i cant do it ????

It's perfectly normal to hit an enrgy slump on day 2. Your body has not enough carbs to run as accustomed to, and hasn't yet switched to fat-furning mode full-throttle. IT WILL COME! Keep up with your water, eat from the veggies and other foods as allowed so you stay full, and you could be steaming ahead again tomorrow.

Bismouth is a sugar free form of Peptobismol (the pink , chalky, nasty stuff), and thank you for letting me know

Sugar free isn't necessarily carb-free. Check the label for a carb count, just to be sure. Sometimes they add starch to stuff.
