| Sweet........ if it's working for you its probably just something you need to keep an eye on. I did an extended induction for about 1 month but added a latte... it worked for me but YMMV .... if you stall you should ditch the chocolate though. KEvin |

| Cubed: If it works for you, then great! Just realize that if you stall, that may be the culprit. Congratulations on your weight loss so far! You might not have any problem weaning yourself off the more weight you lose. You'll see how healthy you're getting and the benefits will outweigh eating the candy, you know? Plus, as you eat less and less, you might find other foods that seem sweet and more desirable. Does this make sense? As it is, you have made major progress! I wish you continued success! By the way, welcome to the board!

| Oh.... and another note on stalls..... I've cheated before only to find that after a few weeks I will stall (this is on extended induction). Since you only have one week to go I wouldn't risk it and just get rid of the chocolate. One major point of atkins is teaching yourself to control sugar addictions.. Which I admit I haven't totally solved myself Kevin |

| Thanks guys for the tips...I'm at work today and I didn't pack one piece of chocolate. I'm going to ween myself off starting today. I already feel much better being on this diet. Just putting on my jeans was a lot easier. I didn't half to suck in then button!! Instead of my tight 36" its a normal fitting 36" right now...I can't wait to fit in some 34"'s...that will be great!! thanks for the advice and support everyone. Each comment and suggestion you have, is taken to heart, and I do my best to apply them. Much continued success to all of you! Have a great weekend!
