| The bloating is from whatever high-carb foods you consumed. You're probably retaining some water from the episode, too. Stay on induction, drink your water, eat good foods, and this will pass.

| Thank you. I posted my menu also maybe you guys can go take a peek and see what you think. I am trying with the water but man I drank so much yesterday I started to feel sick lol.
