I have found the opposite since being on Atkins - I hardly sweat and have very little body odour now according to my DH.

My BF noticed my breath and actually made a point to get a good wiff of it. I told him that the diet can cause bad breath and he said "It's not really bad breath, just different." I'm really big and have always had a problem with sweating but now that I think of it I don't sweat as much either. I wouldn't worry about it or quit over it.
