| i took iron free multivits right the way thru all the phases... as for cravings... i dunno, what day are you?? cravings should be passing by day 5 ish maybe the cheese set you off?? or something in your dinner? try knocking something out over the next few days and see if it continues, something has to be causing you to crave!

| Try to keep hard boiled eggs handy always. They are a great little snack. That 5 ozs of cream cheese = 5 carbs, plus you blew your daily allotment out the door! 2 Hard boiled eggs = 1.2 carbs!! Yeah baby!! Try that and a tall glass of water next time. Trust me, no crave. |

| Eggs are a perfect food for us - the percentages are almost right on target. Years ago I was going to a weight loss group and I remember one lady who was practically melting away every week. It was nothing for her to come in with a 5 pound loss. What I remember about it was that she ate a LOT of boiled eggs. I think she was doing Atkins and didn't even know it! |

| it is totally ok to have a snack attack in the middle of the night - or anytime. if you are hungry - eat, eat, eat ! if you are craving a sweet try making a mock danish. i ususally make it with2 eggs and 1 ounce of cream cheese, one splenda packet and drizzle a little butter on top. |
