I think I've heard an ounce of cheese was about the size of your thumb. Of course some thumbs are a lot bigger than others so I wasn't ever sure how that worked! |

To measure my ounces I use four fuzzy dice like the kind you hang from the rear view mirror of your auto. Oddly, I never seem to finish a serving.
