| I'm not hungry either today. I find I'm not hungry until I put some food into my mouth, then I just destroy it. Strange.

| I'm not a big pumpkin person, Julirama might have more insight on that part of the question. You really need to up your calories. Your body will go into starvation mode, and then you'll completely stall. In addition to your salad veggies, you need to have the cup of regular veggies. This is really important. From a nutritional standpoint.... from a gastrointestinal standpoint (helps keep things moving).... You'll find that - as you increase your carbs - your appetite will come back. Until then, set yourself up on a schedule to eat, so you don't forget. I went through the same thing in the beginning. My weight loss crept along ...1 lb here, 2 lbs there ... once I got my eating to where it needed to be, the weight loss was much more dramatic. Good Luck!

| I dont have a can of pumkin handy to look at but if it is pie filling it has added sugar, if it is plain pumpkin it is fine.

| I eat canned pumpkin every day for lunch since it's so easy to take to work. Make sure you don't buy the pumpkin pie filling, which has sugar added. The only ingredients listed should be pumpkin, that's it. |
