| I am pretty new at this, but I am thinking that those calorie amounts may actually be too low. Your body may go into survival mode and you may not lose much weight at all. Someone who knows more may be able to confirm, though... Great job on keeping the carbs low!

| Hi there If you look up a bit in the list of threads in this forum, you'll see a sticky for FitDay. It's pretty helpful. I don't pay any attention to calories myself. Maybe I should be, but I never have and it just doesn't occur to me. I just looked at couple of days I have saved on my fitday account and my calories were 1149 and 1167, and my percentages for fat/protein/carbs were all on target. (if you're not sure about the targets for those, see the sticky about Fitday). You know what else is helpful? Some people have a link in their signature for their fitday account, and you can have a look at what they've been eating. Can't think of anyone offhand, but I know I've seen them! |

| You can look at mine! But keep in mind, I am on OWL rung 9 and I eat like a horse. But check back to my earlier stuff, from the beginning of October when I did a clean induction...that should help?

| Yup, it IS possible to lose weight on OWL! I've lost 25 pounds on induction/extended induction, but 50 pounds on OWL. I love the food choices I have...I'm never bored, and I never feel deprived. You can probably tell that fruit is my favorite thing in the whole world. I don't eat a lot of whole grains or starchy veggies, but I gotta have my fruit!
