Well I started Atkins last Monday. I had to change my weight on my stats. I got the last two numbers backwards. I changed it plus put my starting date on there. I thought that would help me remember too. The baseball game was good,long,but good. We won 12-6. Go Yankees!! My son plays second base and he made some good plays. It was fun because one of the coaches for the other team used to be one of his old coaches and my son used some of the old coaches plays against him!! It was fun. Enough of that. I'm just a proud Momma. I'm still doing pretty good. Thanks for the recipes. The mock danish helped. TOM is here and I guess that's what it is. I'm gonna keep on keepin on!! Thanks for all the words of encouragement. I really really need it. And I hope soon I can be of help to someone else. I love helping people and I hope soon I can touch someone like you all of touched me. People just don't understand how hard being overweight can be. They don't understand why you need support. My husband,bless his little heart,he's behind me in whatever I do when it comes to weight loss,but he doesn't understand how hard it is for me. He's 6ft 2in. and 175-180 lbs. and he's the type that if he says for example I'm going to quit biting my nails(just an example)it's done. Me,I could say the same thing and it would be a struggle for me. I jsut want to say thanx. All of you are an inspiration.
