| Carrots are a starchy veggie and not allowed until Rung 8 of OWL. Keep drinking your water, stack on track with induction foods, and ignore the carrots until the proper time during OWL. Remember, ask questions first, EAT later!

| Hi Gemini, Unfortunately carrots are on rung 8 - starchy vegetables. Don't worry about having eaten them - just carry on as you were. I have heard that drinking water helps deal with a cheat, but I'm not entirely certain. |

| I would call your little mishap a "mistake" not a "cheat"...two completely different meanings. But it would be good to evaluate whether or not you are still in ketosis so you know how carrots affect you when you reach Rung 8.
