| look at the ingredients... is everything on the acceptable foods list? if not - no... Sausages are more often than not a no, they have fillers in them salsa probably has sugar.

Just check the label and make sure the ingredients are all ok for induction and there's no sugar added. You'll become a great label reader before long! |
