| bacons fine, just be careful because of the sodium, might make you retain some water! Cant help you on the hotdogs, maybe someone else can? and no... no bread, no... no... no... theres things you can make instead of bread go look in the recipes section for Atkins Revolutionary Rolls... make sure you pick recipes that are induction friendly!

| I think Hebrew National is your best bet with hot dogs. Or try a local butcher and ask what they put into theirs. |

| Eventually, once you go thru the rungs, if you don't have any issues with wheat you may be able to have high fibre multigrain breads again. Don't worry, Bread may not be out of your life forever. I think this is one of the reasons it's very important to go through OWL.

| I was able to add in low carb bread (Nature's Own brand) when I did Atkins before and still lost while eating it a few times a week, however I waited a loooong time to add it back in. Definitely cut it out now, or this won't work - best of luck
