| EAT YOUR VEGGIES! It's hard to tell what will mess someone up. I don't know how many grams of carbohydrates are in six skittles and one piece of pasta. Stay on track with induction, and don't deprive yourself of the healthy foods that are neccessary. Continue on tomorrow as day 4. Old habits die hard. Even now, 8 months in, I still have to catch myself from licking my finger when I cook something non-legal!
