| once fitday gets used to you and your usual foods are in there its really quite good! Just count it as one of your sweeteners for the day.

| Depends on the serving size listed on the can - If I recall a 'serving' of a drink is usually listed as being 8 fluid ounces, and many cans are 12 fluid ounces, so if that is the size of your cans then one can = 1.5 servings.
