| Welcome to ADBB - I am glad you 'decloaked' and posted!! ![]() Actually even in the 70's you could have had couple of 'small salads' in the first week on induction and then added 5 carbs more veggies the second week, so it isnt too different!

| Thanks for the welcome. That's true, you could have a few salads then. I am embracing eating, believe me! I've had steak and fish and shrimp and chicken and broccoli and salad and and cheese, and etc., etc., etc. Even my family loves it. They usually say, "oh no, Mom's dieting. We'll starve!" You know how dramatic teens are! (and DH). But they are enjoying this. I just cook them a little something extra to go with it. |

| Welcome to the board.. I have done ww's a few times and was always hungry... Atkins keeps me full and its a great feeling. I am not watching the clock to see when I can eat again...lol |
