| i think you may not be eating enough. also, i would lose the hotdog, never know what they put in them for fillers

| In my opinion, I would not eat the nuts if you are on induction. Also, try to spread your veggies throughout the day. Maybe have a smaller salad at lunch and then one a dinner. It took me awhile to get used to eating more, but it really does work. Stick with it!!!

| I'm with Anthony on the hotdog - I'd lose it. I'd also read the label on the chili sauce... look for non-legal stuff in it, like starches. Nickel is correct... nuts are not to be eaten until Rung 3. He also makes a good point about spreading out your veggies throughout the day. And on that note, what kinds of veggies are in your salad? Hopefully, it's not mostly lettuce... lettuce is just "chewy water." You need to be eating for nutrition and fiber. |
