| Yes... you get days like this. Ups and downs. But the good news is, overall the cravings do get easier to handle as you go along. If you start craving, eat a high fat snack. It really helps. Also, imagine yourself at goal, and how wonderful you'll feel then, against how horrid you'd feel if you gave in to the craving. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

| Sounds like typical PMS to me. heh, heh.... ![]() Seriously, it is possible to experience almost any kind of symptom when you start induction but these minor annoyances will soon pass. It is also possible to have no negative symptoms at all on induction which was certainly my case. I personally think the buzz about induction flu is much ado about nothing. Keep going and you will soon find yourself experiencing the positive effects of clean living. Attitude is just everything. If you believe you will be free from suffering, you are far more likely to have that be true for you. Good luck and keep going!!! |

| HAHA...no PMS here. That was 2 weeks ago I took the above advice and had a high fat snack (1oz of cheese) and it seemed to take the edge off. I was VERY carb-addicted before starting this WOE...I figured it out and I was eating between 100-150g per day! I'm sure it's going to take a while to get used to not having those things anymore. thanks! |
