| Hi Tcbrox, Rest assured the weight loss will not stop here! There are lots of reasons for gaining weight or not losing as we'd like. The body is complex and things like water fluctuations, bowel movements etc have an effect on the scale. I'd recommend measuring yourself to see how you are progressing in other ways. Clothing can also be a great way to tell that you are losing even if the scale says otherwise. This is rich coming from me but TRY not to obsess about the scales - weigh once a week and don't let gain or non-loss put you off - persistance will see that you will get there. | its natural for weight to fluctuate, it could be anything really - down to the time of day you weigh. This is why it is recommended that you only weigh in once a week, so you dont see these natural fluctuations in your weight. Do not worry about it, if you carry on gaining, post a menu to see if we can pick something out.

| Thanks guys, I really want this to work for me I have tried every thing else. I have some good goals. I am going to be a grandma for the first time in Sept. and I want to be an actvie grandma and My son is getting married in Nov. and I want to look good and feel good for that, So iam not stopping. Is it ok to take Green tea tablets? |
