| Hi Lucky, Don't forget to subtract fibre when using fitday. You can do this by setting a fibre goal under 'goals' and removing this from your daily carb total. Also did you mean you ate 7 eggs or so - I think the measure is 4+ per cup on fitday. It can be easier to put ingredient in raw and add any oils etc used in cooking separately. I personally got on better with induction by writing down the carbs and the amount of each ratio from the book (i.e. cheese) in a notebook. I only really got on with fitday later in OWL. Others may find it ok, but I found it too confusing and potentially at odds with Atkins carb counting method at first. If in doubt post a sample menu in the review my menu thread (inc. amounts) and people will be happy to tell you if it looks induction friendly |

| I think that its closer to 4, large. They didnt have extra large at the store. I put it in a 2 cup holder and eyeballing it, it looked like 1.5 cups |

| I that case you'd be better entering raw eggs and selecting large rather than putting in scrambled eggs. |

| I never go by cups on eggs. I enter them as raw medium or large and go from there. I find it easier than to use 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup etc.

| I found it was more accurate to enter foods as raw then add any butter etc used when cooking them. Fitday assumes for instance that you are going to add milk to many egg dishes like scrambled or omelettes, which will throw your number out by several carbs!!

| I just looked at my fitday and if you look at the ingredients for 1.5 cups of scrambled eggs it is allowing: 79 grams of milk plus 12 grams of margarine as well as the eggs and some salt!!
