| If you're staying below 20g of carbs then it is very difficult to actually gain fat. Without sufficient insulin, fat storage pretty much shuts down. You may stall if you're eating a huge amount of fat/calories though. But if you're eating all the veggies that Dr. Atkins intended for us to eat on induction and you're overdoing the cheese, you're probably eating more than 20g of carbs per day. |
