| I think the best thing for you to do is to look at the Induction Acceptable Foods List and decide what foods you like and what foods you are willing to try. Then make up a menu from your list.

| One good place to find ideas for meals is to look at the threads on this board called something like 'what's for dinner?' (or lunch or breakfast) where lots of people have posted what they have eaten. Often I get inspiration or a reminder of foods I have forgotten about from them.
