| I had the shakes and sweats for the first 3 days too. By the fourth day I was feeling better. It was HARD to get through it, luckily my mom is a pro at this diet and has been doing it for months so she got me through it (she's already at her ideal weight..she's 5'8 and 135lbs....I'm 5'9 and 155, I'd like to be 140 or so).....but anyway, good for you for sticking with it! |

| The shakes stall most people and no one in here will recommend them to you. They are just a money making scheme.

| I did not know that abou the drink shakes, but like I said I just drink them at the end of the day as a snack. Do you think that is OK? |
